Photography 

We offer a variety of photographic and communications consulting, as well as project management services, including real estate photography. Our work in real estate invovles aerial imaging, video and 3D walkthroughs, floorplans, and elevated quality to highlight your listing for the best sale possible for your client.

 

We use the Insta360 x5 for 3D walkthrough footage and traditional video walk throughs. This camera provides the best quality virtual reality content for your listing.

 

Our pime photography consultant, Nicole Keane, MS, has been a professional photographer for 20 years, and is currently mentoring in real estate focused work with YouTube creator, Eli Jones, and Adam Holzer, a seasoned photographer, realtor, and long time friend, www.adamholzer.com.

 

Nicole has her FAA Part 107 certification, and currently shoots with:

• DJI Mini 4Pro Drone

• Autel Evo Lite 640T Drone with Thermal Sensing Capability. (This is great for highlighting energy efficient homes.)

Shooting with a Sony a6700, 11mm and 56mm prime lenses, as well as a 17mm-70mm lense, Nicole has all of your needs covered! With bracketed exposures and expert editings skills, we can get the best composition and lighting any time of day.
