elementalAerial* Photography is a newly launched creative studio, fully certified under FAA Part 107, offering professional drone and ground-based photography for commercial projects and private events. Specializing in real estate marketing, weddings, and intimate gatherings, we use the nimble and discrete DJI Mini 4 Pro to capture stunning aerial visuals and unique perspectives that traditional cameras cannot reach. For still images, we are currently shooting with...the Sony Alpha series a6700, with a backup camera, the grandmother to the Sony Nex-5 (bonus points if you know the one...) that shoots excellent vintage vinette images!
New on the deck is our Insta360 x5! This camera is a unique one, and creates eye catching content, perfect for 3D real estate or construction walkthroughs.

Our primary consultant, Nicole Keane, MS, is a professional artist with over 25 years of experience in fine arts and photography. She has held a Private Pilot Certificate with a single-engine land rating and tailwheel endorsement under FAA Part 61 since 2013, and expanded into unmanned aircraft operations (drone pilot) in 2025. She is certified under 14 CFR Part 107 as a Remote Pilot, authorized to conduct small UAS operations for commercial purposes.
Nicole's unique combination of artistic vision and aviation expertise ensures thoughtful, compliant, and creatively composed aerial imagery for a wide range of professional applications.Nicole recieved a BA from the University of Dayton in Communication Management, with minors in: photography, fine art, graphic design, geology, and biology; and holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Law and Policy from the prestigious Vermont Law and Graduate School. She has won several photography competitions, including one using a vintage Kowa Six medium format camera (similar to a Hassleblad.)
In the photography and design program in undergrad, she studied photo journalism, landscape composition, studio lighting, portraiture, production, and editing. After graduate school, Nicole gathered up seven years of experience in environmental regulatory management, including wetland and wildlife surveys and monitoring, for both state government and private-sector clients. At elementalPhotography we also offer high-quality communication and design strategy consulting, and accept commissioned projects, delivering custom visuals that blend technical precision with creative storytelling. We are full stack consultants that work with you to make your dream a reality. Professionally editing our photography and video footage in-house, and with an eye for composition, layout and design; we offer innovative and integrative solutions for business strategy, marketing, and branding for your program or next memorable event.
We currently have a small gallery of photography online, but are looking forward to expanding that as we explore with our newest camaras and equipment; if you would like more samples of our work, please inquire. We have hundreds of images in our portfolio catalog going back to 2005, with one of the very first DLSR Nikon Cameras!
We value collaboration, and can taylor your experience to many artistic styles of filming, photography, and editing. Or, if you'd rather us just manage it all with little artistic input from yourself, we can handle that too. We look forward to working with you!
