If the requested site is over 60 miles away from Hood River, OR, or is an event with multiple treatments requested, please contact me for special pricing. Please book online at an available time (this will be within my regular office hours), and then I will contact you to determine a date and time that works best for us both. Please specify the location you are requesting the on site for within the notes/memo section when booking the appointment. Thank you! You must pay for this session in full when you book the appointment. I am able to give you a detailed receipt for insurance billing purposes, however the full amount of the appointment may not be covered, do to the additional fee for an on-site visit. The entire cost of this appointment can be charged to an HSA. My general refund policy applies, in the event you need to cancel or reschedule, unless I contact you to inform you otherwise. For example, in the event of travel that is greater than 60 miles away, or is a large event, I may require up to a month notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your appointment with no notice, you will be charged the full fee for the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hrs of the appointment time will be charged a fee of half of the original appointment cost. Rescheduling within 24 hrs of the appointment time, to a same day appointment, will be free of charge, if availability allows. Rescheduling and Cancellation are allowed, for no fee and no penalty, up until 24 hours before the originally scheduled appointment time. Exceptions can be made for reasonable cancellation reasons, and illness. If you are sick the day of your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible by phone or text message; the fee will be waived. Myself and the other clients that use the treatment space thank you for this discretion.
