Service Description

This complete Eastern and Western based nutritional consultation will help you meet your individual nutritional needs and goals through a unique approach to nutrition through a specialized Five Element practice developed by Nicole Keane, MS LMT. The initial consultation of 45 min will be in person, or through a telehealth meeting service. I will send you a questionnaire to fill out as part of a comprehensive evaluation portfolio; then I research, create recipes and suggestions, and report back to you during our initial meeting. When you book your appointment, please allow for enough time for me to send you the portfolio electronically. You will to fill this out, along with a food journal of at least 3 days. Please book your initial appointment at least 1.5 weeks in advance of our meeting. I will need a week to research, after you turn in your completed portfolio. You will be charged for your consultation at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged with me. Charging at time of booking for this service holds us both accountable to move forward as soon as possible with this process. I also strongly suggest adding an advanced manual therapy session, if you are able to see me in person, as well as the Gene Keys Amino Acid Evaluation. Both of these enhance the effectiveness of the basic Nutritional Evaluation. Together, these services enhance the information that you will get through this process, and may lead to transformational healing for those dealing with chronic illness.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your appointment with no notice, you will be charged the full fee for the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hrs of the appointment time will be charged a fee of half of the original appointment cost. Rescheduling within 24 hrs of the appointment time, to a same day appointment, will be free of charge, if availability allows. Rescheduling and Cancellation are allowed, for no fee and no penalty, up until 24 hours before the originally scheduled appointment time. Exceptions can be made for reasonable cancellation reasons, and illness. If you are sick the day of your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible by phone or text message; the fee will be waived. Myself and the other clients that use the treatment space thank you for this discretion.
