**Please note that all prepaid appointments are non refundable, but may be transferred and used within one month of the original appointment. Five session packages are non transferrable, and all sessions must be used within 2 months of purchase. Cancellations within 18 hours of the appointment time will be charged a fee equal to half of the original appointment price. Missed appointments with no cancellation will be charged the whole price of the scheduled appointment. Providers are in network with many insurance companies, but payments for services must be made at or before time of service. A receipt will be given to you to turn in for reimbursement. You are responsible to confirm that you will receive reimbursement by your insurance company. For your convenience, we offer a PDF that will walk you through that conversation with your insurance company here.
